2005 Texas Longhorn football team - The 2005 Texas Longhorn Football Team represented The University of Texas in the college football season of 2005-2006, winning both the Big 12 Conference championship and the National Championship. The team was coached by head football coach Mack Brown and led on the field by quarterback Vince Young.
